My role extends through contract negotiation, technical production, show management, and on-site coordination, with complete ownership of timelines, quality, and outcomes. While I manage events start to finish across all categories, this service area is dedicated to the operational backbone that ensures programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Pre-Production & On-Site Management

 

  • Production Logistics - plan, manage project workflows, delivery timelines and deadlines, and ensure smooth delivery. 

  • Budget Management - create, manage, reconcile budgets between $50k - $4M.

  • Financial Management - manage vendor/venue/crew/staff/talent costs, contracts, invoices, payments, etc.

  • Vendor, Venue, Crew & Staff Management - source, hire, manage vendor/venue/crew/staff/talent contracts, schedules, and deliverables.

  • Contract Management - negotiate contract terms and manage service delivery, POs/invoices, payments, financial management, etc. 

  • Venue, Location & F&B Management - source, manage venues, locations, hotel logistics and room blocks, tech scouts, F&B management.

  • Travel Management - source, coordinate, manage ground transportation, air travel, and hotel & lodging reservations for event staff, crews, talent & clients.

  • Entertainment Management - source, manage event entertainment (deejays, musical bands, performers, keynote speakers, etc.)

  • Event Design & Conference Exhibit Hall Logistics - conference and event décor, floor layouts, staging, signage, exhibit hall/vendor booths, etc.

  • Event Registration Management - invites, registration databases, on-site check-in logistics, etc.

  • Guest Experience - concierge desk, hospitality touches, swag/merch management, seating & special requests, valet/transport, real-time feedback/NPS capture.

  • Technical & Show Management - plan, manage production schedules, call sheets, run of show, performance rehearsals, A/V tech tests, stage management, teleprompter ops, and Wi-Fi/power coordination.

  • On-Site Operations - registration & badging, VIP/green rooms, crowd flow, radio comms, crew/volunteer briefings, backstage & front-of-house coordination.

  • On-Site & Day of Event Management - Conference, Event & Webinar Executive Producer & Manager - and PoC for speakers, advisory boards, sponsors & clients.

  • Event Host & Moderator - in-person conferences, summits, events & webinars.​ ​
